Design and implement autonomous navigation, path planning, and multi-vehicle coordination systems for UAV and UGV platforms. Experience with ROS2, PX4, or equivalent flight stacks required. Field deployment experience strongly preferred.

Own the mechanical design of airframes, ground vehicle chassis, and sensor integration mounts from concept through production. Proficiency in CAD, FEA, and rapid prototyping workflows. Experience with composite manufacturing is a plus.

Process and deliver LiDAR, photogrammetric, and multispectral datasets to client specifications. Develop automated processing pipelines and quality control workflows. Background in geospatial science or surveying engineering required.

Identify, qualify, and close partnership opportunities across defence, construction, and remote sensing verticals. You will work directly with technical teams to scope solutions and with leadership to shape go-to-market strategy. Prior experience in defence procurement or industrial sales preferred.
